Thanks for letting me join your family. My name is Charles and I live in central FL. However my Bro-in-law, Jason, lives in TN. The big guy helping Billbot with the logo'd panel. I own a 63 singlecab currently residing in Jason's garage, and the 63 notch he used to own. I've been in the vw scene for about 20 yrs. I used to own Jason's 67 squareback. I miss that car. I drive OTR so I may not be as active as most members, but I do talk to Jason often enough to keep up.

Welcome!  You have the perfect job for scouting out old vw's along fence rows, woods, and the like.  Are you independent or work for the man?  If independent do you have any special pricing to transport junk vws to Tennessee for us fundubbers? Wink

yoridelowvw, I do work for the man, or men, Sherwin and Williams. But having said that our finance manager may have a lead on a pre-67 bus in n. fl. around florala, al. Waiting for pics and if it has an owner, it is in a field right now. Not sure of condition, not good if i had to guess.

billbot, Jason might welcome the free space in his garage, but tell you what 'til i get it back you're welcome to visit. Wink

melanie, thanks again for allowing me into the family, after i get a running dub again we'll try to get up to some show like cyw. we've been once and the kids liked the mtns. and want to go again.
